JustLiving is perfect for the active vacationer, those looking for relaxation, or a combination of both. The homes are carefully selected, all located in beautiful surroundings and always close to gastronomy, city and beach life. All homes will also be close to golf, padel, cycling and a host of other outdoor activities that can be enjoyed all year round.

Effective use of holiday homes benefits homes and the local community

It's also a well-known phenomenon that many privately owned vacation rentals sit unused for most of the year, which is a huge waste of resources. These homes are often only used for a few weeks a year. With the JustLiving concept, the homes are utilized much better, which benefits you, the homes and the local community by creating more life and increasing local commerce.

Overall, the JustLiving concept is an attractive solution for those who want to own a luxury vacation home on the Costa del Sol for 1/6 of the price and without the hassle that usually comes with ownership. As an owner, you only need to focus on enjoying your vacation in an area where the possibilities are many and the limitations few - all year round.

Who is JustLiving 

Investment

The 6 owners in an owner's association buy into a Danish P/S and all owners stand on the deed, and are thus owners on equal terms. JustLiving acts as administrator and handles everything administratively – all the hassle. 

It is only permitted to invest with personal funds. This means that company funds or pension savings cannot be used for the investment. Furthermore, it is not possible to use one's share of ownership as collateral for a loan. Despite these limitations, there are several banks that are familiar with the concept and can help identify financing opportunities.

The booking system in a 6:1 owner association

How it works

The home is shared by the 6 owners, who via our user-friendly and simple booking system get the opportunity to enjoy an 8-week stay in the home every year.

Information and booking

The 6 owners in each owner's association each get their own separate login, with an overview of all weeks, as well as which weeks are available to book. The weeks will be released on the first 4 Sundays of a calendar year, 2 weeks at a time, so that not all weeks are taken at once. There will be an opportunity to sign up for a waiting list for a week that is already taken. If the week becomes free, the first people on the waiting list take over. Of course, with the proviso that you have not already used up all your weeks by then.

'Last minute' bookings and changeover days

In addition, it is possible to book a 'last minute' stay if a week is available, for a supplement of DKK 1,000 - and that without using a week. In this way, we keep the possibility open that all available weeks can be used by our owners. There will be a fixed shift day Monday-Monday or Tuesday-Tuesday so that there is the possibility of an extended weekend.
